Writer. Simon Furman
Artist. Andrew Wildman
CONCEPT:
Buried deep in an old cave network, five kids discover the derelict remains of amazing alien vehicles, sleek sky chariots that once soared through the cosmos. The kids' proximity awakens the alien ships from their protective slumber. The ships themselves are sentient lifeforms, dependent on a biological component to thrive and function. Together, the kids and the ships must rekindle an age-old struggle with a tyrannical alien force.
A war has been raging in the far corners of the galaxy for eons, a coalition of planets fighting a dark warlord known as Kol-Kar. A fallen god, Kol-Kar is trapped in our universe and requires only its total destruction to ascend once more to OverWorld. To counter this threat, an incredible fusion of realities occurred, OverWorld ships piloted by biological lifeforms from our universe. But of the many that came, five now remain… and only they and their newfound pilots stand between Kol-Kar and the end of everything.
It's what kids want… amazing outer space dogfights, ultra cool hardware and an unstoppable villain. It says toys, it says TV series, it says spin-offs galore. Think Transformers, think Power Rangers, think Hypermotive. For anyone with a serious 'need for speed'.
Ages 6 and up.
